Field Sports at Sports Ohio Camp Information

Please see the information below, including camp information, dowloadable form, parent handbook and schedule of activities. Parents will need to download and complete the waiver and emergency information and bring on your child's first day of camp.  If you are unable to print the waiver and emergency forms for any reason please contact our office and they can be mailed.

Pick-up and drop-off for camps will be at Field Sports at SportsOhio. The address is 6400 Dublin Park Drive, Dublin, Ohio 43016. Field Sports sits at the back end of the SportsOhio complex. You will need to come inside the Field Sports facility to sign them in and out.
